[ci] Deploy to canvas-atlas.fediverse.events

Grantrequested to merge
ci-deploy into main

This does require the entries to be under one folder (entries/2024/, entries/2025/, etc)

This will break the merge bot as it's depending on the existing folder structure

The CI script will run on each push to main and deploy automatically to 2025.canvas-atlas.fediverse.events & 2024.canvas-atlas.fediverse.events (CI variables are already setup)

CI artifact expiration was also set to 1 hour; latest artifacts will always exist
