Better tracking on linked rooms

A fatal flaw with the current implementation is the ability for people to claim the alias for Discord rooms that don't have one already setup

This would allow anyone to send messages to any unclaimed Discord channels

This is solved using a very jank fix, preventing interactions if the Discord channel is bridged to a specific room
