Remove r/place Atlas references (where appropriate)

At the top of most files and also in the console it mentions r/place Atlas 2023, which could cause confusion

Proposed solution

Remove the mention of it from the start of the comments, instead referencing Fediverse Canvas 2024 but leaving references to the project this is forked from (including keeping copyright details)
